Entrust America charges an annual retainer based on the number of unique data subjects in electronic enterprise storage that contain P.I.I. fields. This includes parent company and domestic subsidiaries.
This upfront retainer affords “Pre-Breach” preferential pricing. “Post-Breach” pricing can exceed 100 times if there is no breach retainer in place.
- P.I.I. fields are defined as:

- Health records when the disclosure of the information in question would reasonably be considered to be harmful or an invasion of privacy.
